Subscription Rates

We offer two subscription options.

Option 1:

Pay an annual fee and manage your own bookings

Furnished Apartments - R750 + vat
Bed and Breakfast - R1500 + vat
Guesthouses - R2000 + vat
Safari Lodges - R2500 + vat
Hotels and Resorts - R5000 + vat

Option 2:

Pay a 20% commission per confirmed booking (billed weekly)

To take the administrative hassle out of managing your own bookings, Beachfront offers you a Semper online booking program. This program has Realtime availability software and is powered by Nightsbridge on behalf of Beachfront Properties. Bookings are safe, reliable and instant. For an aditional fee, you can purchase this software.
